Youth Climbing League
Youth Climbing League is an after school program for Menomonie area youth in or going into 3rd through 8th grade. The climbing league is designed to provide 7 to 8 weeks of quality rock climbing instruction. This is a great way to provide activities for your kids.
Where is Youth Climbing League Offered?
YCL is a program provided by the University Recreation – Stout Adventures outdoor recreation department. Stout Adventures has two 30 foot indoor climbing walls in which YCL participants will experience.
The Stout Adventures indoor climbing wall is located in the Southwest corner of the Sports & Fitness Center, Room 56. Contact Stout Adventures.

Registration & Costs
The registration fee is $50 per child.
YCL has been scheduled to offer 2 different sessions. There is a fall session and a spring session. Each session will have a Monday class and a Thursday class.
Sessions are capped at 12 participants to ensure a low instructor to student ratio.

All classes are from 4:00pm-6:00pm.
Session I
- Mondays: October 20 - December 15
- Thursdays: October 23 - December 18
Private Instruction

- $10/hour for private instruction
- $16/hour for semi-private instruction
